Uses
Indication of Abrega Chendooram:
• Megam-21 [a group of diseases where in the body gets emaciated day by day along with the excretion of excessive urine] • Neerizhivu [polyurea] • Madhumegam [diabetes mallitus].
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Abrega Chendooram:
• 65 - 130 mg twice daily after food with cow's butter along with 5 g of the following chooranam for 40 days. • Anubana chooranam is composed of-• Aavaarai panchangam- fine parts of tanner's cassia- 4 parts. • Amukkara kizhangu- withania root- 4 parts & • Seeragam- cumin seeds- 1 part.

Diet
Pathya:- Avoid salt, tamarind, sour diet, alcohol, pagal [bittergourd], agathi [sasban], non-veg foods & tobacco.
