Ayulabs Bactefar Capsules

Description:Bactefar Capsules is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Ayulabs Pvt Ltd, Rajkot, used in treatment of diarrhoea and dysentery.

Bactefar Capsules uses: As per the claims of manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Amoebiasis, Giardiasis.

Bactefar Capsules Dose:  2 capsules three times a day for 5 – 7 days, or as directed by physician.

How long to take? It can be taken for 1 – 2 weeks, as directed by Physician.

Bactefar Capsules Ingredients:
Each 450 mg capsule contains
Pulp of Bilva – Bael (fruit) – Aegle marmelos – 100 mg
Indrayava – Connessi seed – Holarrhena antidysenterica – 100 mg
Kutajaghana – aqueous extract of Kutaja – Connessi Bark – Holarrhena antidysenterica – 50 mg
Shweta Parpati – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine – 50 mg
Isabgol – Plantago ovate – 25 mg
Panchamruta parpati – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine with Mercurial ingredient – 15 mg
Rasa Parpati – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine with purified Mercury and Sulphur – 10 mg

Side effects and precautions: 

  1. This product contains heavy metal ingredients in minute quantities. Hence it should be taken only under strict medical supervision.
  2. Children, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers should take this medicine only under medical supervision.
  3. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
  4. Accidental over-dosage may cause constipation and toxic effects
  5. Store in a cool dry place.
  6. Take this medicine only till the prescribed time, in the prescribed dose.

Expiry date: 5 years from the date of manufacture.
