Brahmi capsules are made using standardised extract of brahmi (Bacopa monnieri). Brahmi is a soothing Nootropic herb which has cold potency and is found in marshy areas throughout Asia, especially India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam. As per acharya charak brahmi is of the four medhya rasayana and he beautifully explained its importance that “Ayu pradana yamyanashnani balagnivarnaswarvardhnani.” It means brahmi is rognashini, balvardhak, agnivardhak, swaryavarna vardhak and provides dirgahayu.

Dosage : 1-2 Capsules twice daily, with plain water, after meals.
