Gymnema sylvestre is a single herbal formulation prepared using standardised extract of Gudmar (Gymnema sylvestre). It is also known as the Australian cow plant. In Ayurveda, the other names of this plant are also known as medasinghi, kavali, podapatri etc. It has an astringent bitter taste with hot potency. It assists in balancing kapha vata dosha and an amazing chakshushya. It supports a healthy metabolic system and sustains normal insulin levels in the blood.

Dosage : 1-2 Capsules twice daily, with plain water, after meals.
