Ayush Kwath

• Ingredients used in Ayush kwath are Basil leaves or Tulsi, Cinnamon or Dalchini, Sunthi (Zingiber officinale) rhizome, Krishna Marich (Piper nigrum) fruit
• Method to use: 3 g of this Kwath should be added to 150 ml of boiling water. Add gud (Jaggery ) / draksha (raisen) / lemon juice can be added to liking. consume it like tea
