Manjishtha Capsules by Planet Ayurveda are made up of standardised extract of Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia). Manjishtha is categorised as svarakrut and varnakrut in ayurveda because it assists in improving the skin texture. It has a bitter, astringent and sweet taste and assists in balancing kapha and pitta dosha but predominantly works on pitta dosha. For Industrial purposes it is used as a colouring agent. Manjishtha supports healthy skin and does raktashodhana.

Dosage : 1-2 Capsules twice daily, with plain water, after meals.
