Ksheerabal taila is a herbal oil preapration widely used in degenerative changes.
Its usage:
It is used externally(for abhyanga) only.
Ksheerabal taila ingredients:
Ksheera- cow's milk
Bala and
Taila-sesame oil
(the herb is processed in milk 101times or 21, 14, 7 times. the one that is processed for 101 times is used internally.)
