Dosage and adjuvants: 5-10 gms with milk after food twice a day.

Indications: It prevents Narai (greying of hair) and Thirai/Mudhumai (advancing of senelity). It makes the body to become stronger. Also indicated against diseases due to derangement of Vadha, Piththa, Sileththuma noigal (Vatha, Piththa and Kabam), Kuttam-18 (18 type of leprosy/skin diseases), Pungal (ulcers), Puraiyodum pungal (sloughy and putrefied ulcers), Granthi (glandular enlargements), Linga puttru/ Aaankuri puttru (penile cancer), Yoni puttru/Penkuri puttru (vaginal cancer), Mudakku vadham (Paralytic attacks), Madhu meham/Neerizhivu (diabetes), Irumal (cough), Peenisam (sinusitis/rihinitis), Kan noigal (eye diseases), Moolam (piles), Pouththiram (fistula), Naakku rogam (diseases of the tongue), Mahodaram/ Peruvayiru (dropsy), Janni/Sanni (delirium) etc.,
