Naththai parpam is a Siddha medicine, its main compound snail shell
It's useful for rakthamoolam[ bleeding piles/ hemorrhoids] and all types of piles [ moola noigal]
it's useful for seethabethi[diarrhoea/ dysentery],etc.,
its cures fistula[ pavuthiram], and aasana vedippu[ anal fissure],
It cures aasana kadupu[ burning sensation of the anas].
DOSAGE :
100 to 200mg with ghee are butter, hot water twice a day after food.
