Nirgundi Ghan Vati is Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form which contains medicinal herb nirgundi (Vitex negundo). It is very good medicine for joint swelling, pain and arthritis.
Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) exhibits analgesic, pain relieving and anti-inflammatory action. It also controls both Kapha and vata so gives better relief in signs and symptoms of arthritis.
