Terminalia bellirica (Vibhitaki) – 48 grams
Phyllanthus emblica (Amla) – 48 grams
Twak – Cinnamon – Cinnamomum zeylanicum – 12 grams
Triti – Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 12 grams
