Vetpalai Thailam is a ayurvedic medicine that is used in the treatment of Psoriasis. It is medicated oil prepared from Vetpalai (Wrightia tinctoria) and coconut oil. It is used both internally and externally. Vetpalai or Wrightia tinctoria plant leaves contain flavonoids, glycoflavones-iso-orientin and phenolic acids and is very effective in the treatment of Psoriasis and many other skin diseases.
