Nagakesar Mesua ferrea (Fl Stmn) 50 mg
Patola Trichosanthus dioica (Lf) 100 mg

Dosage:2 caps thrice a day in acute condition followed by 2 capsules twice a day along with Butter milk or as advised by Vaidya
