Eladi Churna Uses:

Improves digestion.
Relieves vomiting, abdominal pain, anorexia.
scraps the tongue and refreshens the mouth, removes the bad odour.
Effects on dosha: balances kapha and vata.

In excess may increase pitta and gastric irritation.

Eladi Churna Dosage:

1/4-1/2tsf with honey or milk or sugar.oncxe or twice as suggested by ayurvedic physician.
