Prasanthi Diabetic Care

Diabetes mellitus ( Prameha ) is caused by the imbalance of the hormone insulin produced by the pancreas. The damage\ malfunction of the cells of the pancreas leads to the imbalance of blood sugar level. If not properly treated it leads to diabetic neuropathy, retinopathy etc. It can be controlled through dieting, exercise and medication.

How to use Prasanthi Diabetic Care:

Add 1 teaspoon medicine ( Prasanthi ) in 1 glass ( 150 ml) of water, boil and drink, 1 hour before food in the morning and evening.The routine drugs and insulin may continue with this medicine. Reduce the dose of drug\insulin according to the lowering of sugar level.

Routine action : Wake up early in the morning (5am). Drink one glass pure water. Perform exercise until sweating. Regular walking and yoga are very effective to control diabetes.

Food : Fill half of the stomach with food 1\4 with water and leave the remaining empty. Vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits may be added to daily meals. Rice soup (Kanji) can be used for 2 days in a week. Reduce rice food and consume more rava, ragi , wheat and oats etc. Wheat rejuvenate the body. It heals the wound, reduces fat and kapha in the body.

• Avoid Excess Sexual intercourse
• Maintain defecation and urination in proper time.
• Don’t expose to direct sunlight
• Avoid mental tension and worries.
• Avoid excess fatty food and liquids.
• Avoid alcohol and drugs.
• Eat food at proper time.
• Avoid maida and its products.
